How it works...
You simply reach out to let us know you're ready to begin. Using your lease agreement, we will review, sign, and return to you once the details are agreement upon. Next, we will guide you through the process of licensing your property through your county to establish it as a legitimate rental property; we cannot do this step because we do not own the property.
Once this step is complete, you need not worry about anything else. We will equip the property with any essentials that guests typically use if they are not already there, such as a toaster, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, etc. We also supply sheets, towels, and soaps/toiletries. These details will be inserted into your lease agreement to avoid any misunderstandings.
